Payment information: top-up amounts and order records. Sensitive payment details such as card numbers are handled directly by third-party payment providers; we neither access nor store them.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, access time, referring page and error logs, used for security, anti-abuse and troubleshooting.

To provide, maintain and improve the service and complete the tasks you submit;

4. Retention of Files and Data

Uploaded files and results are used only to complete the task you submit. They are kept for a limited period so that you can download them again, and you can delete them yourself from your task list.
After the retention period ends, or after you delete them, the files are removed from our servers.
Account, order and balance records are retained as required by law for reconciliation and dispute handling.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with third parties only where necessary:

Payment providers, to complete top-ups, collections and refunds;
Email providers, to deliver task and account notices;
Cloud hosting and content delivery providers, to run and accelerate the service;
Where required by law, or necessary to protect the lawful rights of us and our users.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme preferences. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but some features (such as signing in or viewing your tasks) may then stop working.

The whole site is served over SSL; processing jobs run in an isolated environment; server access is permission-controlled and logged. Please note, however, that no transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Delete your task records and the related files;
Close your account and request deletion of related data, except where retention is required by law;
